Kiwi’s IPA: now tapped around the South West

Brought to life in Margaret River, our resident Kiwi brewer mashed in pale, wheat, melanoiden, caramalt and a little oaty goodness for a golden colour and smooth body to create our newest Project Beer. And it tasted so good that we named it after him!

New Zealand Pacifica, Wakatu & Rakau were used lavishly throughout the brewhouse to give the beer a bold bitter and citrusy flavour. We finished it off with a big dose of NZ Motueka hops into the fermenter, building on the citrusy flavour with a tropical punch in the nostrils.
